The Carlin has been developed, designed, and built with Reno in mind. Located in the heart of the vibrant Midtown District, apartments at The Carlin offer residents the ability to live in beautifully designed interior spaces filled with natural light while being able to walk to all the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment options that Midtown has to offer. We worked with local artists, interior designers, and muralists to create an exciting and inviting atmosphere.
The Carlin has been designed to maximize most of what Residents desire.
