The developers paid to have the power lines running along the east side of Holcomb to be placed underground so that the views of Mount Rose, downtown Reno, and the surrounding mountain ranges would be unobstructed. Some of the south facing units have 180+ degrees views that you won't believe until you see for yourself.
We know that parking is important so we built 10 more parking spaces than the City required by code. Most of the parking at The Carlin is covered to help protect your vehicle during the hot Reno summers and the cold Reno winters. There are six private electric car charging stations available for use only by residents of The Carlin.
