Vesta Leasing Incentives

The first ten tenants to lease an apartment at The Carlin will receive the following early leasing incentives:

  1. One Month of free rent with a 13-month lease and a $1,000 security deposit
  2. A 3' x 4' foot custom piece of art from acclaimed local artist and muralist Bryce Chisolm of ABC Art Attack. At The Carlin, we believe strongly in supporting and working with local artists and businesses. Bryce painted the beautiful murals on the elevator shaft and trash enclosure at The Carlin, along with countless other incredible works you have no doubt seen all around Reno. Your painting will be done on 3 foot by 4 foot canvas and you will provide the THEME and the primary COLOR and then let Bryce do the rest.
